In addition to the bitter orange variety Hetsuka Daidai, there are subtle notes of green tea and Japanese maple. JIN7 Series 01 has intense citrus notes. A delicate herbal aroma with pleasant bitter notes rounds out the flavor. It is bottled at 47% ABV and is very mild.
